Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Principal's message

Welcome to Concord West Public School, a school I know you will be proud to send your child to. We can assure you that your child will belong to a friendly, nurturing and supportive school, which caters for children of all abilities and backgrounds.

Our school’s vision is to prepare our students to be innovative and persistent lifelong learners by delivering a creative, challenging and rigorous education. In pursuit of  Concordissime  (Peace and Harmony) and the celebration of diversity, we seek to maintain positive relationships, develop resilience and take responsibility for ourselves, so that we all learn, grow and belong.

Our dedicated staff is committed to cultivating a love of learning and helping students develop the skills necessary to thrive in an ever-changing world, providing them with tools they need to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students remains our top priority.

We emphasise the importance of community, encouraging students, parents, and staff to work together in promoting a positive school culture. Through collaboration and mutual respect, we create a space where every individual is valued and where peace and harmony can truly flourish.

As the saying goes, “It takes a village to raise a child”, our staff understand that education is a shared responsibility. The relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students and so I encourage you to become involved in every way possible.

Thank you for being a part of our school family. Together, we can grow, succeed and create lasting memories.

In Nelson Mandela’s words, “Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world”.
